Brewing and Care
Place the gaiwan on its saucer, add your tea and brew to suit the leaves. Tilt the lid to leave a pouring gap, then decant through the strainer into the fairness pitcher. The pitcher holds less than the main vessel, so leave space when brewing or decant in stages. We recommend washing each piece gently by hand and drying it before storage.
