Description
A Bamboo Teapot Set
This gongfu tea set brings together a hand-painted porcelain teapot, a fairness pitcher and six small tea cups. Blue bamboo leaves decorate a straight-sided teapot with a segmented bamboo-style spout and handle.
Made for Shared Tea
The bamboo theme carries through both the painting and the shape, giving the set a coherent character. The pitcher lets you distribute an infusion among the cups, with a complimentary ceramic strainer included for serving.
Details to Notice
Straight-sided cups echo the pot, while the modeled spout and handle add detail beyond the painted surface. This chinese tea set keeps the matching serving pieces together as one complete set.
Brewing and Care
Add your tea to the pot and brew to suit the leaves. Pour through the strainer into the fairness pitcher, then share the infusion among the cups. The pitcher holds less than the main vessel, so leave space when brewing or decant in stages. We recommend washing each piece gently by hand and drying it before storage.
Small Differences, Made by Hand
Hand-painted lines, color depth and placement may vary slightly from piece to piece. These differences are part of the character of the decoration; the photographs show the design rather than an identical brushstroke on every item.
